Equipment for a tanky caster
I already have a 23ac + 2c (shield of faith) + 5ac (arcane shield) artificer + warrior + cleric + mage lvl 7, but my GM said that I can personalize my equipments with 17k PO What do you guys recommend that goes well with this tanky caster? Some exploited combination? Before the GM tell me about equipment personalization, I had a sheld, a chainmail and a warhammer (the other items are irrelevant here) but I used some artificer exploit to make a smoldering plate armor. Now I'll discart everything to make him even more tanky.What Should PT Look Like?
I was recently diagnosed with an L5/S1 herniated disc. I have mild sciatica, and some nagging hip pain. I don't have any tightness in my back, or limited range of motion, just pain leaning laterally to the left. I've done a lot of PT for hip pain that didn't yield positive results, which led to the MRI. I just met with a new PT, at my doctor's recommendation, and I'm not feeling confident in the plan. Their entire exam was just having me touch my toes, leaning back, rotating in both directions, and leaning laterally. They didn't look to see if my hips were uneven (they are), assess my strength, look at my walking gait or anything else. The treatment consisted of heating pack, dry needling, nerve glides, glute and quad stretches, and McGill curl ups. I can touch my heel to my butt easily, so quad stretches are almost useless, which they would have known had they assessed any of those things. Home exercises are pretty much the same. Should I run for the hills? This seems woefully inadequate to me, but it's possible I'm overreacting. I'm used to much more athletic clinics, and this clinics population skews much older, but I expected at least some side planks or other isometrics that challenged you a little bit. What is reasonable to expect from PT for this type of back problem?

damaged pen refill delivery from amazon ;—-;
i live in an area pretty far from retailers that carry Hi-tec coleto refills and shipping tends to get expensive for a small order, so i opted for Amazon. The pen refills are completely destroyed, so sad because I was looking forward to these 😭
Just a PSA for those ordering pen refills from Amazon: the packaging is pretty fragile with minimum support, I bet damaged goods like these are common.
So question- where would be the best place to place small orders like pen refills? Any suggestions on retailers with secure delivery?
